1.  Proper Diet.

For proper hair growth the proper and appropriate diet is important

 
THE DIET CONTAINS ENOUGH AMOUNT OF:
  • Calcium
  • Iron (folic acid)   
  • Vitamins
  • Proteins


2. Shampoo

 You can use any shampoo which you want but I Suggest you for better growth of hair patanjali shampoo is best. I also use it and seriously my hairfall decreases 80%

3. Oiling or Massage


  •  Proper oiling and massage is very important part for healthy hair














4. Onion juice (best treatent)

 
Massage the juice into your scalp or cover the bald patches. Leave on for at least 15 minutes (longer if you can tolerate the smell) and then wash out using a mild shampoo. Mix ¼ cup of onion juice with 1 tablespoon of honey (if more mixture is required, double the amounts). Leave it on for at least 30 minutes.





*CONDITION YOUR HAIR - In onion juice add one tablespoon of aloevera gel or egg




5. Proper Washing and Combing of hair

  • If your hair washing is not proper than it gives negative results like hair fall ,dandruff.
